Each standard installation includes: 1 x Fixed Panic Button per unit 1 x Remote Wireless Panic Button per unit Central Guard Room Base Station Alarm indication displaying the specific unit, house, shop, or office number requiring assistance Professional installation (subject to site survey) The Guard Room Base Station instantly identifies the location of the alarm activation, enabling security personnel to respond quickly and efficiently to the correct unit. This system is ideal for: Residential housing complexes Townhouse developments Shopping centres Industrial parks Business parks Office complexes When a panic alarm is activated, the signal is transmitted directly to the on-site security guard room, where the exact unit number is displayed. Security personnel can immediately investigate and provide assistance. For enhanced protection, the system may also be linked to PJM Response. In addition to the on-site security team responding, PJM Response can provide professional backup services including: Security Response Medical Emergency Response Fire Emergency Response The system is designed to grow with your requirements and is expandable from small installations up to 500 individual units, making it suitable for developments of all sizes. Whether you are a homeowner, tenant, retailer, property manager, or business owner, the PJM Community Panic Alarm System provides an additional layer of security and peace of mind for your community. Standard Package 12 Units Optional PJM Response Monitoring The system may be connected to PJM Response's 24-hour Control Room for additional monitoring and emergency dispatch services. A recurring monthly monitoring and response fee will apply and is calculated according to the number of units connected to the system.
